A strengthening practice that includes inter-connective flow between postures for a sometimes challenging but always joyful practice. Offered with plenty of instruction, alignment cues and variations so all students are welcome. This class is slightly longer (75 minutes) to include time at the end to explore restorative postures to complete a fully balanced practice for body, mind & spirit.
