Ashtanga Present Power: In this 75-minute "Present Power" class, explore the traditional sequences of Ashtanga, blending Primary and Second Series postures. Begin with Sun Salutations and standing poses, followed by most of the seated forward folds from the Primary Series, and then a selection of backbends and twists from the Second Series for back and shoulder "therapy," ensuring a balanced practice.
