Get your fire going, renew your energy, and rekindle your passion for practice with this well-designed and balanced sequence of postures (asanas) from a traditional practice, easily accessible for all ages and bodies. Your asana practice isn’t just about stretching your hamstrings; it is designed to train your mind in focus and concentration and is essential preparation for meditation. Without an effort to pay attention and be present, asana practice is merely an exercise. Nothing wrong with exercise, it's just not yoga.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least one week in advance: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations up to the day of the class: 50% refund, unless you send someone in your place.
Day of Class Cancellation or No-show: No refund.
