Morning Yoga Flow is offered via Zoom only on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7 - 8 am, designed to jump start your day. The sequence is a balanced blend to of yoga postures with flowing connections designed to move your body in all directions. All levels welcome to attend, the class is led and guided throughout with plenty of choices and modifications for all.
You will receive a link to join this class when you register, and 15 minutes before class.
