We teach Gentle Yoga in the Kripalu tradition, known as the “yoga of compassion.” Accessible to all, we encourage new students to start here. Gentle Yoga emphasizes adaptability and acceptance, making it ideal for those with physical limitations or who feel unsure about yoga. Postures are guided with attention to mindful movement and breath. Long-time students also enjoy Gentle Yoga for its stress reduction, relaxation, and ease for body and mind.
