Ashtanga Flow: Experience the dynamic flow and meditative rhythm of Ashtanga Yoga in a 75-minute session, thoughtfully modified for all levels to ensure accessibility for all. Some classes may include Second Series poses in an intelligent sequence, allowing students to explore a wide range of postures from both the Primary and Second Series of traditional Ashtanga yoga practice.
