We offer All Levels Yoga in the Kripalu tradition, known as the 'yoga of compassion', designed to be accessible to everyone. Our classes are influenced by each instructor’s background, training, and passion. Sessions start with creative warmups, followed by diverse postures, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques suitable for all. Beginners in good health are always welcome; you'll receive detailed guidance and personalized variations throughout. Our approach is accessible yet impactful, fostering strength, flexibility, and balance for all levels of practitioners.
The Saturday class is 75 minutes.
