Rooted in Kripalu Yoga, known as the 'yoga of compassion', Moderate Yoga cultivates strength with extended posture holds and fluid transitions, to develop strength, flexibility, and balance while cultivating an internal awareness. Fit newcomers are encouraged to participate, understanding these classes provide a little less detailed instruction, but you will be led and guided throughout!
