Joyful Laughter Yoga Club sessions are a fun way to get together as a community and have a positive shared experience of breathing, moving, smiling, and laughing. Laughter Yoga combines fun, easy-to-learn, interactive laughter exercises, with deep, centering breaths and simple, calming movements. Ends with guided relaxation and some community chat time.
No experience is necessary. Easy to learn, fun to do. Just "show up".
