Tri Yoga, a light-hearted, slow-flow asana class and cross-training tool, has been designed for the tri-athlete, and all active students, to repair and prepare their connective tissue, promoting injury prevention, and increasing performance and longevity in the sport with increased focus on both mind and body. Scientific principles are woven into the class.
This class will benefit all athletes, whether you're a runner, walker, hiker, cyclist, skier or shopping warrior. All levels are welcome, even if you are brand new to yoga.
Please bring your own yoga mat. (we only have a few to share and prefer to have students bring their own. Mats are available everywhere, even CVS carries them now!)
