Yoga for Anxiety, Depression & Panic Attacks
Learn both active and quiet yoga poses that will calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and balance sleep. Learn when and how to use breathwork to help reduce anxiety by stimulating the vagus nerve and activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Guided Imagery, Progressive Muscle relaxation, and Aromatherapy will also be explored as methods of self-care and support.
This workshop teaches lifetime tools for lifting your spirits and easing anxiety and depression symptoms when they surface. You will learn and then experience these practices, ending with deep relaxation .
