Join Heartsong's owner Sheila Magalhaes for a sweet yoga flow followed by a deep yogic sleep (Yoga Nidra) accompanied by the fabulous Jeff Conti on acoustic guitar. We will dim the lights, light some candles, and slow things down for a Friday night of rest and renewal.  All levels are welcome, you will be led and guided throughout.
