Live, In-Studio Only.   Jeff Conti will play his guitar and Sheila will offer a prayerful, poetic, Soulful Flow class inspired by her immersion in Soul School, with her teachers from New Orleans and Chicago!  All welcome, Sheila will lead and guide you throughout, in an accessible loving flow.  She will end with a guided visualization deep relaxation session called Yoga Nidra. Jeff will improv and play guitar throughout with a creative and heartfelt connection to Sheila's flow of the poses and the vibe of the class.
