In this workshop, explore some of the science behind both Himalayan Singing Bowls and Crystal Singing Bowls. Learn how to understand how frequency vibration affects and affects every aspect of the body from the etheric fields to every cell assisting in healing, unifying, and balancing mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Learn how to play bowls as well as chant Sanskrit vowels to enhance the healing process.
This is learning for fun (not a professional certification) but you might add this training to the work that you do, like Yoga, Reiki, and Meditation practices.
