Present Power (Ashtanga Based)
In this 75-minute class we explore the traditional sequences of Ashtanga, blending Primary and Second Series postures towards the end. Begins with Sun Salutations and standing poses, followed by most of the seated forward folds from the Primary Series, and then a selection of backbends and twists from the Second Series for back and shoulder "therapy," ensuring a balanced practice.
