Ashtanga Primary/Second Series
In this 75-minute class we explore the traditional sequences of Ashtanga Yoga through the standing poses adding the Second Series postures offered with modifications for accessibility for all levels. Begins with Sun Salutations and standing poses, followed by the backbends and twists from the Second Series for a practice with variety and balance.
