New Years Day 11 am Teach Yoga for Food/Benefit Class "Zoom Livestream"

Join Sheila for an All Levels soulful class, dedicated to the New Year. Zoom Livestream while we teach the students live In-Studio.  This class is our yearly offering for the Springfield Open Pantry, and the class will be donation based, free will donation of your choice. (Regular class passes and memberships cannot be used for this class)

We will also be gathering non perishable food donations for the Open Pantry, Tony will deliver as he always does. So if you come to class anytime this season, feel free to bring a generous donation, please check the expiration dates first of the products first.
