Vinyasa Flow...In Studio "Great Room"

Designed for new and experienced students alike, a Vinyasa Flow class is intended to be vigorous, yet made accessible with a variety of options within poses .  Vinyasa Flow Yoga offers creative sequencing, each class is always a little different.  The poses are not complicated, but they will help you to develop focus and attention as you are guided to transition mindfully from one posture to the next, connecting the movement to breath.
