Ashtanga Yoga Full Primary Series Holiday Class

This will be a 90 minute "old school style" Full Primary Series (all poses, all vinyasas, plenty of heat lots of fun...no physical assists) ...to celebrate the season and for our Ashtanga community to come together to play, with Kathleen Gormally.  All levels welcome, (take all your vinyasas, or skip them, modify, or go "full on". ) Regular rates apply.
