For those Brand New to Yoga, to fine-tune practice, or if you want a refresher, repeat students are welcome.
In-Studio Only | Mondays, 7:15–8:30 PM
5 Week Courses, $85 — One makeup class offered per course, must be made up within 2 weeks of the end date in any drop-in class on the schedule.
6 student minimum to run the series. Please preregister and feel free to share the information with others! If the course cannot run, you’ll receive a full refund.

This welcoming series provides a progressive and supportive learning environment with individualized attention. Perfect for those new to yoga or returning after time away, you’ll build a strong foundation, explore proper alignment, and connect to the heart of practice week by week. Inspired by Kripalu Yoga, the "Yoga of Compassion."
The first session may run slightly longer for introductions and orientation.
